This modern, luxury coastal holiday cottage sleeps 4 and was recently fully renovated to the highest standards. The cottage is tiled throughout and benefits from underfloor heating, the lounge leads you through patio doors onto a slate tiled patio area which has a secluded enclosed garden with hot tub and distant mountain and rural views. Internally
The cottage comprises a spacious, open-plan living area with roof lights and a beautiful modern, fully equipped kitchen with island and dining area. The large relaxing lounge area provides plenty of comfortable seating, a 56” widescreen smart TV, DVD player and provides easy access to the outside patio area via patio doors. Accessed via the spacious and airy hallway are two bedrooms. The master bedroom, with oak king size bed, has built in wardrobes with LED lighting and widescreen smart TV. Bedroom two features two oak single beds, widescreen smart TV, X Box games console and built in wardrobes with LED lighting. Also off the hallway is a spacious fully tiled bathroom with a modern, walk-in shower unit, bath, WC and basin. The property comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay.

THE GROUNDS
Patio doors conveniently lead from the living area out onto an enclosed patio area and small lawn. There is plenty of seating and it is ideal for alfresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the Eryri (Snowdonia) mountain range. There is also a luxury hot tub with rural views available exclusively for your use. The cottage has ample private parking for vehicles & access to an EV charger, while further storage for boats, jet-skis, kayaks etc. is available on request. There is also access to a secure cycle store available.
